Responsibilities:

• Understand the products and services offered by the company.
• Set sales targets and develop corresponding marketing strategies.
• Contact existing and potential customers to inform them about recent launches.
• Update the customer database with all relevant information.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.
• Use a sales script to handle customer interactions efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with existing and long-term customers.
• Process customer orders professionally.
• Create monthly sales reports and present them to the Tele sale Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Answer customer questions regarding products and services.
• Adhere to all company rules and regulations.
• Have to demonstrate product if customer wants to meet physically

Requirements: 

• Highly experience in related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills(English& Nepali).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools. 
• Exceptional ability to follow scripts.
• Pleasant and customer-oriented demeanor.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in promptly solving complex problems.  
• Effective time management skills.
