Responsibilities:

• Record and gather transaction details for both incoming and outgoing bank accounts.
• Utilize bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and other databases to accurately post current financial transactions.
• Generate financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintain and oversee financial records to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and reconcile any discrepancies found in financial reports.
• Prepare and process invoices for credit card payments or inventory orders.
• Sometime help to co-worker.

Requirements:

• Knowledge about accountancy
• Accounting Software Knowledge
• Detail Oriented
