• Handle social media by handling customers by responding their inquiries & dealing with them
• Data entry in excel 
• Proactively verifying data through source documents
• Retrieve data as requested
• Reviewing records for accuracy
• File and organize incoming data
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Creating accurate spreadsheets

Requirements:

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in Ms-Excel
