Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual and team targets.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the section and its team.
• Contribute to the training and development of team members.
• Maximize profitability and growth in line with organizational plans.
• Supervise the activities of the Sales Team or a specific section as directed.
• Assist the Line Manager in recruiting team members according to agreed criteria.
• Help the Line Manager train and appraise team members to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

• Must have leadership Quality
• Must have two wheelers with valid license
• Effective Communication skill
• Dashing Personality
