Responsibilities:

•  Provide timely and effective assistance to customers through various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges.

• Basic computer skills
