Responsibilities:

Individual Counseling:
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with students to assess their academic performance, interests, and career aspirations.
- Provide personalized advice and support to help students set realistic educational goals.

Career Guidance:
- Assist students in exploring career options and paths based on their interests and strengths.
- Provide information on job market trends, required qualifications, and educational opportunities related to various careers.

College and University Admissions:
- Guide students through the college application process, including selecting appropriate institutions, preparing application materials, and writing personal statements.
- Advise on entrance exams, scholarships, and financial aid options.

Academic Planning:
- Help students create academic schedules and course selections that align with their career goals and institutional requirements.
- Monitor student progress and intervene when academic performance declines.

Workshops and Seminars:
- Organize and conduct workshops on topics such as study skills, test preparation, time management, and career exploration.
- Facilitate seminars on personal development and life skills.

Parental Engagement:
- Communicate with parents and guardians to discuss their child's progress, concerns, and opportunities.
- Provide resources and support for families navigating the educational system.

Research and Resource Development:
- Stay current with education trends, programs, and services to provide accurate and timely guidance.
- Develop and disseminate educational resources, guides, and publications.

Collaboration with Educational Institutions:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities to facilitate student placements and referrals.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student needs.

- Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate students’ skills, interests, and academic readiness.
- Analyze results to tailor guidance and recommendations.

- Provide support to students facing emotional or personal challenges that may affect their education.
