Responsibilities

1. Curriculum Development

• Creating Lesson Plans: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with learning objectives and curriculum standards.
• Selecting Materials: Choose appropriate textbooks, resources, and teaching materials that cater to the specific needs of students.

2. Instruction

• Teaching Japanese Language Skills: Provide instruction in various aspects of the Japanese language, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Cultural Education: Integrate lessons on Japanese culture, history, and traditions to enrich language learning and provide context.

3. Classroom Management

• Maintaining a Positive Learning Environment: Establish and maintain a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning, encouraging participation and respect among students.
• , Address any behavioral issues, providing guidance and support to foster a productive classroom environment.

4. Assessment and Evaluation

• Conducting Assessments: Design and administer quizzes, tests, and assignments to assess student progress and understanding of the language.
• Providing Feedback: Offer constructive feedback on student performance, including strengths and areas for improvement, and help set goals for further learning.

5. Student Support

• Supporting Diverse Learners: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of students, including those with special educational needs.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Japanese language, education, linguistics, or a related field is typically required. Some positions may prefer or require a degree in education even if the major was in another subject.
