Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for serving and running daily OPD services.
• Undertake in house audiologial, ENT and Eye training program.
• Participate in Community ENT, Eye and other health programs.
• Maintain proper data collection, compilation and tabulation and report to BPEF/CHEERS.
• Duties (including night duties) are to be performed as per posting.
• Maintain record in the system and log book.
• All linens/materials to be disposed off in appropriate color-coded liners as decided by the hospital infection control policy.
• Make patient beds, change their sheets when required and assist in the general upkeep of the ward.
• Provide optimum patient care for the patient in ward, OPD and communities as per the posting.
• Make sure the instruction given by doctors are followed and documented.
• Identify keep patients details of patient needing further management.
• Report and discuss with line manager in issues where consultation in required.
• Dispose all the sharps in separate hard container.
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with patients and colleagues.
• Duties and responsibilities added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of the administration formally of informally, verbally or in writing.
