Training
- Deliver agriculture and livestock training to communities
- Help community facilitators implement project activities
Problem solving Diagnose agriculture-related problems and needs, Provide solutions to problems, and Implement resilient livelihood interventions.
Communication
- Communicate with farmers
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Present views in a convincing way
- Be aware of different perspectives, feelings, and concerns
Experience
- Have hands-on experience working in farming, production planning, and training farmers
- Have an ability to motivate and manage farmers
- Have good listening skills
- Have a clear understanding of contemporary development issues
