Bartender - F | PMS Job Nepal

Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving drinks, interacting with customers, and maintaining the bar. They may also be involved in inventory management and cash handling.

Preparing and serving drinks Take orders, Mix ingredients, Garnish drinks, and Serve drinks and snacks.

Interacting with customers Create a welcoming atmosphere, Recommend beverages, and Check identification to verify age.

Maintaining the bar Keep the bar clean and well-stocked, Stock up bar cleaning supplies, and Delegate cleaning tasks to barbacks.

Inventory management Maintain bar inventory, Minimize waste and spoilage, Rotate inventory, and Check expiration dates.

Cash handling Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, Process orders for all beverages, and Input orders into the system.

Other responsibilities

Complete inventories

Maintain the overall appearance of the bar

Work in a fast-paced environment

Be flexible to work various shifts

Have physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Understand health and safety regulations in a bar setting
