Job Location: Basundhara, Tokha, Kathmandu
Salary: Experience-based (NPR 40,000 – 80,000)
Off Days: Saturday & Sunday

📌 Job Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment & selection process

• Handle client communication and requirements

• Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview & placement

• Oversee HR operations and internal staff management

• Prepare and maintain HR documents, agreements & records

• Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies

• Lead, guide and monitor HR/recruitment team performance

✅ Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• Proven experience as HR Manager (Manpower experience preferred)

• HR Faculty background or ISO experience will be an added advantage

• Strong communication, leadership & coordination skills

• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
