Location: Kathmandu (Chabahil/Chondol area)

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate commercially viable products.
• Coordinate with suppliers for commercial, technical, and logistical inputs.
• Prepare summaries and comparison sheets for management review.
• Support order confirmation and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and shipments.
• Assist in pricing negotiation and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, brands, and logistics.
• Ensure real-time tracking and visibility of orders and shipments.
• Maintain clean and auditable purchase records.

Skills & Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, operations, or supply chain (fresh graduates with strong aptitude are encouraged to apply).
• Basic understanding of supply chain or international trade is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using internal tools and cloud-based systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, follow-through, and accountability.
• Basic computer skills required.

• Salary: Negotiable
• Weekly Off: Saturday (Full), Sunday (Half Day)
