Job Description: Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
• Maintain financial records and accounting documents.
• Prepare vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance using accounting software.
• Support overall financial and administrative activities of the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior accounting experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial record keeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Swastik preferred).
• Good computer and numerical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
