• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Days Off: 4 Days Off per Month

Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding Dish Home recharge services.
• Assist customers with recharge-related inquiries and transactions.
• Provide accurate information and support over phone calls.
• Maintain good communication and build positive customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Update records and perform basic customer service tasks as required.

Requirements

• +2 / Higher Secondary education completed.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, confident, and able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
• Candidates without computer knowledge may receive training if they have good communication skills.
