Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Run and optimize Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create engaging content, captions, promotional posts, and marketing materials for online campaigns.
• Design basic graphics, banners, posters, and social media creatives using graphic design tools.
• Handle email communications, email marketing campaigns, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Monitor digital marketing performance and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to execute marketing strategies effectively.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
• Graphic designing skills with knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong content creation and copywriting abilities.
• Good understanding of social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
