Location: Naxal / Boudha / Sanepa / Jhamsikhel, Kathmandu

Duty Time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and promote ice cream products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Handle sales transactions and support daily store operations.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the cleanliness of the store.
• Respond to customer inquiries and create a pleasant customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and customer-oriented personality.
• Candidates with a background in Hospitality Management (HM) or hospitality-related studies will be preferred.
• Ability to communicate confidently and work in a customer-facing role.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply, and training on the software system will be provided.
