Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers and assist them with Dish Home recharge services.
• Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information about recharge services and offers.
• Maintain customer records and support daily customer service operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Smart, confident, and professional personality.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
