• Position: Production Supervisor
• Location: Sitapaila, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Train and guide tailors on their assigned tasks.
• Assign and divide work among tailors according to production requirements.
• Monitor daily production activities and workflow.
• Inspect and maintain the quality of finished products.
• Provide designs and ensure tailors understand and follow production instructions.

Requirements

• Prior experience in garment production or supervision is preferred.
• Good communication and team management skills.
• Ability to assign, supervise, and coordinate work efficiently.
• Active, smart, responsible, and capable of leading a production team.
