• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Manamaiju, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and respond to messages.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support daily customer service and front desk operations.
• Ensure customer concerns are addressed professionally and promptly.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong customer handling and interpersonal skills.
• Active, smart, honest, and well-groomed.
• Should be committed to working long-term.
