• Position: Gym Trainer
• Location: Khumaltar, Lalitpur
• Working Hours: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM / 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Salary: Starting from Rs. 20,000 per month 
• Weekly Off: Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Guide members in performing exercises safely and correctly.
• Develop and explain workout plans based on members' fitness goals.
• Motivate and support members throughout their training sessions.
• Demonstrate proper use of gym equipment.
• Monitor members' progress and provide fitness advice.
• Maintain a safe and positive gym environment.

Requirements.

• Must be a certified gym trainer.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of fitness training and exercise techniques.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active, smart, honest, and disciplined.
• Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Experienced candidates are preferred.
• Candidates living near Khumaltar, Lalitpur will be preferred.
