Key Responsibilities

• Confirm online customer orders accurately.
• Contact customers to verify order details.
• Update order information and maintain records.
• Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate with the delivery and sales team to ensure timely order processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good typing and communication skills.
• Freshers who have recently completed +2 and joined Bachelor's level are encouraged to apply.
• Active, responsible, and willing to learn.
