Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
• Register guest details and maintain accurate records.
• Escort guests to their rooms and assist with the check-in process.
• Brief guests about the hotel's facilities, services, and restaurant.
• Respond to guest inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with other departments to provide a smooth guest experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate in English.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-service oriented personality.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
