Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk.
• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain visitor records and perform basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
• Provide professional customer service and support daily office activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree running.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, active, quick learner, and proactive personality.
