• Position: Recovery Agent
• Location: Jawalakhel, Lalitpur
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday
• Leave: 14 days annual leave as per Nepal Labour Law

Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers and follow up on pending payments.
• Conduct field visits to customers when required.
• Counsel and negotiate with customers to recover outstanding payments.
• Assist with legal and asset recovery procedures when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer records, recovery reports, and related data.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding recovery cases.
• Perform other recovery-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be 18 years or older.
• Active, smart, honest, and responsible.
• Ability to negotiate professionally and handle customers politely.
• Previous experience is an advantage, and salary will be determined based on experience.
