About the Role

Fantech Nepal is looking for a Social Media & Sales Assistant who is hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers who enjoy communicating with customers and want to build a career in ecommerce and retail operations.

You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across social media, processing orders, and supporting daily business operations.

Responsibilities

• Reply to customer inquiries on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Daraz, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
• Process customer orders and update order status.
• Pack customer orders carefully and accurately.
• Coordinate with the delivery team for timely dispatch.
• Maintain basic sales and inventory records using Microsoft Excel.
• Update product information when required.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with showroom sales whenever needed.
• Support the team with daily operational tasks.

Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor's running/completed preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Good typing skills in English and Nepali.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Honest, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Willing to learn new systems and processes.
• Previous experience in retail, ecommerce, or customer service is a plus but not required.
