Job Responsibilities

• Teach and guide young children in a friendly and engaging environment.

• Introduce children to new concepts, activities, and basic learning skills.

• Conduct age-appropriate classroom activities.

• Help children develop good learning habits, communication skills, and discipline.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment.

• Monitor children's learning and overall classroom participation.

• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.

• Support other school activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Montessori Training is required.

• Previous teaching experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good understanding of early childhood teaching methods.

• Must be active, patient, caring, and child-friendly.

• Ability to teach young children in an engaging and creative manner.
