Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor marketing and sales activities.

• Generate leads and identify potential customers.

• Promote the company's construction and real estate products/services.

• Meet clients and understand their requirements.

• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.

• Handle sales negotiations and close deals effectively.

• Maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Prepare basic sales reports and update customer information.

• Support the company in achieving its sales and marketing targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Running.

• 1–3 years of relevant marketing/sales experience preferred.

• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to crack sales deals and close customers.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving license.

• Should be active, confident, hardworking, and target-oriented.
