Job Responsibilities

• Conduct training classes for Montessori teachers.

• Teach Montessori teaching methods, techniques, and classroom practices.

• Provide practical guidance and training to teachers.

• Prepare and deliver effective Montessori training sessions.

• Explain Montessori concepts, activities, and teaching materials.

• Support trainees in developing effective lesson-planning and teaching skills.

• Handle other training-center responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree Passed

• Must have strong knowledge of Montessori teaching methods and techniques.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Montessori courses and teaching practices.

• Previous experience in Montessori teaching or teacher training is required.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Strong lesson-planning and teaching skills.

• Active, talented, and confident trainer.

• Ability to conduct professional and engaging training sessions.
