Position: Ticketing Officer

Job Responsibilities

• Handle airline ticket issuance, re-issuance, and revalidation.

• Process ticket refunds, date changes, and cancellations.

• Handle other day-to-day ticketing-related tasks.

• Check and apply airline fare rules, baggage allowances, penalties, and policies.

• Assist customers with ticketing and travel-related queries.

• Provide accurate and timely customer service.

• Coordinate with airlines and relevant departments when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree running or equivalent.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing.

• Proficient in at least one GDS system, preferably Travelport.

• Knowledge of ticket issuance, re-issuance, revalidation, refunds, and cancellations.

• Good understanding of fare rules, baggage allowance, penalties, and airline policies.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong customer-service skills.
