Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide customer support.

• Assist customers with courier-related services and information.

• Handle sales and promote courier services.

• Prepare bills and manage billing-related tasks.

• Perform computer-based data entry and typing work.

• Communicate with customers professionally in English.

• Support daily courier service operations as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Previous experience in a courier company is required.

• Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed.

• Good knowledge of English communication and writing.

• Ability to handle billing and basic computer-based tasks.

• Good customer service and communication skills.
