Job Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the company's social media platforms.

• Be active on TikTok and other social media platforms.

• Conduct live sessions and promote company products and services.

• Create and share promotional content for marketing purposes.

• Explain product details and demands to customers or audiences.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide information through social media.

• Support counselling and customer communication activities.

• Perform other social media and marketing tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed

• Freshers are welcome if they are willing to learn and work actively.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms, especially TikTok.

• Ability to conduct live sessions confidently.

• Smart, talented, active, and creative.

• Good general communication and writing skills.

• Strong interest in social media marketing and customer interaction.
