Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide information about travel destinations, transportation, accommodation, and other travel-related services.
• Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and refunds.
• Promote travel packages, special deals, and discounts to customers.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, destination information, and new travel products.

Requirements:

• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent Fluency in English
