Job Description
Customer service
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming way
- Make recommendations and upsell when appropriate
- Ensure customers have a positive dining experience
- Thank customers for their business
Taking orders
- Write orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into a computer
- Communicate order details to kitchen staff
Serving food and drinks Prepare cutlery according to orders, Search for food in the kitchen, Clear tables, and Deliver food and drinks.
Cleaning Clean tables between groups and Keep tables clean and tidy at all times.
Collecting payments Collect payments from customers, Process customer bills or payments, and Provide change to customers.
Other responsibilities
- Adhere to health department rules and regulations
- Follow company values and standards
- Work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Be flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
