Job Description
Beverage preparation
- Brew coffee, tea, and other drinks
- Prepare food orders
- Understand customer preferences
- Make changes to orders when requested by customers
Customer service Greet customers, Provide helpful support, Act professionally, and Create a pleasing experience for customers.
Cleanliness maintain a clean and well-organized work space and keep things well-stocked.
Other responsibilities
- Work the cash register
- Collaborate with the store manager to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain and improve the appearance of the store
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
