Position: Recruitment Supervisor

Working Time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Location: Basundhara, Tokha-5, Kathmandu

Gender: Male/Female (Female candidates preferred)

Salary: NPR 20,000+

Holiday: Saturday Off

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Completed

Industry: Manpower / Overseas Recruitment Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieve recruitment targets and hiring goals
• Develop candidate sourcing strategies
• Arrange suitable candidates according to client requirements
• Manage and coordinate the interview process
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports
• Resolve recruitment-related issues and challenges
• Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Support overall recruitment operations

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred, but candidates with basic recruitment knowledge may also apply
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, organized, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment tasks effectively
