Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and systematic customer service operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor food service and ensure orders are delivered on time.
• Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum +2 (12 Passed) or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a Supervisor or Captain.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Up to NPR 30,000 per month
• Holiday: One day off per week
