Job Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings.
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and modify airline tickets using GDS software.
• Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, and travel-related inquiries.
• Ensure accurate ticketing and reservation records.
• Coordinate with airlines and customers to provide efficient ticketing services.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Ticketing Officer or in a similar role.
• Must have hands-on experience using GDS (Global Distribution System) software.
• Minimum qualification: 12 Passed.
• Diploma in Computer Skills is an advantage.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work accurately, responsibly, and provide excellent customer service.
