Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Indian, Chinese, and Thakali cuisine.

• Plan and prepare food according to hotel standards.

• Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.

• Manage daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

• Ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards are followed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Under SLC.

• 1–3 years of relevant cooking experience required.

• Must have practical experience preparing Indian, Chinese, and Thakali food.

• Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation.

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain food quality.
