Job Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence.

• Create, upload, and manage social media posts and content.

• Respond to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.

• Handle daily administrative and accounting-related tasks as required.

• Maintain online customer communication and support promotional activities.

• Keep social media accounts updated with relevant information.

• Assist with other office tasks related to the travel agency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must have completed Grade 12.

• Previous experience in social media handling and accounting-related tasks is required.

• Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic computer applications.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Must be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
