Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
• Fill out and process online forms.
• Make hotel bookings and travel arrangements.
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
• Provide customer support and coordinate with clients.

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication  skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to deal with clients professionally.
